Looks very good and durable. First try of the green is very positive. I use it instead of weights. For biceps it was more than 20kg each hand for sure. Back-squats were easy and high pull is just fine (similar to 30+kg). If you go for pull-ups, green should be for beginners as it will assist more. It is about 1m long (probably 110cm). No bad chemical smell. Well packed and comes with simple black bag for storage. Highly recommend the product and the shop.
